Any price, range, or timeline shown on this site is general information, not an offer. Roofing prices depend on square footage, pitch, layers to be removed, deck condition, and material selection. A binding price exists only in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on them and may be revised if concealed conditions — rotted sheathing, hidden layers, structural damage — are discovered after tear-off begins.
